The West Wing Reservation and Rental Information
We'd like you to enjoy your stay at The West Wing so we've prepared the following information for you that we hope will be of interest and value.

ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES
Your reservation will be from 16.00 on the day of arrival until 10.00 on the day of departure. So that we can be here to welcome you, show you round and tell you about all there is to do in the area, please let us know when you'll be arriving.
BOOKING
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm your reservation and the balance should be paid six weeks prior to the arrival date. We accept major debit cards, Visa/ MasterCard and payments and also personal cheques made payable to Jane O'dell.
The hirer is deemed to be the person who takes responsibility for the property during the rental period. The West Wing is only to be used for holiday purposes and is not to be sub-let. Bookings by persons under 16 years will not be accepted.
No more than the originally stated number of guests may stay at the property, unless agreed by prior arrangement with the owners. The owners reserve the right to refuse admission to any person who, in the opinion of the owners, is not suitable to take charge of the property or who causes a disturbance or nuisance.
The property is not for rental by single-sex parties, unless agreed by arrangement with the owners.
CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
In the event of cancellation, the hirer will forfeit his/her deposit. If it is not possible to re-let the property, the full fee will be payable. As this is a legal contract it is advisable that you insure against possible cancellation.
Notice of cancellation should be made immediately by telephone and then confirmed in writing.
In the event that we have to cancel your booking for reasons beyond our control, all payments that have been made by the hirer will be reimbursed and he/she will have no further claim against the owners.
CONDITIONS OF HIRE
The property must be left in a clean and tidy state at the end of the rental period. Failure to meet this condition may result in an additional charge being made. The hirer must report any broken or damaged items and it is understood that the hirer will replace the item(s) or pay for a replacement. Fair wear and tear is accepted. Any items missing from the inventory at the end of the rental period must be replaced or paid for by the hirer.
The hirer shall allow access to the property by the owners at any reasonable time and for any reasonable purpose.
Smoking is not allowed in the property.
No liability is accepted by the owners for loss or damage to guests' property, baggage, vehicles etc, howsoever caused nor for any accident, injury, mishap or inconvenience to persons whilst on the premises or using the facilities.
PETS
Well behaved pets are allowed by prior arrangement
