Wallace MonumentTillicoultry is set amid glorious countryside in the heart of Scotland, with the Highlands, The Trossachs, Loch Lomond, Perth, Edinburgh and Glasgow all less than an hour away by road. Motorway (M9, M90, M80) connections are within 15 miles. The new railway under construction will allow access to Edinburgh in Glasgow in under one hour.

There is a wide range of outdoor and indoor activities available nearby: sight-seeing in historic Stirling, a multitude of golf courses (including St Andrew's and Gleneagles), fishing, hill-walking, bird-watching and shopping for bargains in the "Sterling Mills Designer Outlet Village", located in Tillicoultry. Regular dog shows and equestrian events are held nearby.

The area also has some of the best walking and cycling routes in Scotland while the Ochil Hills stretch for over 12 miles and rise to over 2,300 feet (Ben Cleuch) with views as far as the Forth Bridges, Edinburgh, the high Cairngorms and Fife. There are nine golf courses within a 10 mile radius of Tillicoultry, a dry ski slope, coarse and fly fishing and shopping in Britain's largest furniture store for those who need retail therapy.
